Phase 6 Native ("the App") is a standalone audio generator and sequencer. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or tracking information. Everything stays entirely on your device.
The App requires certain device permissions (such as microphone or file storage access) strictly to generate audio, record your sessions locally, and save .wav files to your own device. We do not have access to these files, nor do we upload them to any external servers.
We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks that collect user data.
Because we do not collect any personal information, the App is safe for users of all ages and fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify users directly, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
